The trip
This trip traces business and finance across two of the UK's most distinct economic centres.
In London, students visit the City of London, the UK's financial district, and explore how global markets, banking, and trade intersect in one of the world's leading financial capitals. A session at a London-based startup accelerator, such as Level39, shows students how early-stage companies raise capital and scale.
In Edinburgh, a city with centuries of financial history behind its fund management and insurance industries, students visit CodeBase, Europe's largest technology incubator, to see how a historic financial centre is building its next generation of startups, alongside a session at the University of Edinburgh Business School.
